Powder Pass Nordic Club (PPNC) is a volunteer organization whose sole purpose is to promote cross-country skiing and snowshoe activities that encourage camaraderie while fostering an awareness of safe winter recreation and stewardship of the land.

PPNC supports non-motorized winter recreation on the southern Bighorn National Forest through a volunteer agreement with the United States Forest Service. The club assists in trail maintenance and packing at the Willow Park Nordic Ski Area as well as maintenance, packing and grooming of trails at Pole Creek Cross Country Ski Area. PPNC provides monitoring of trail usage in the non-motorized, non-maintained area known as Powder Pass 449.

The organization also hosts events including the popular Pole Creek Challenge, skate and classic skiing technique clinics, and various educational and recreational outings.

Powder Pass Nordic Club is a 501 (c) (4) tax exempt organization.
